概述

鐘罩閥是重要用于高溫塵氣的開關(guān)閥，高爐和煤氣發(fā)生爐使用比較常見，有干式和濕式兩種類型。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，氣密性嚴(yán)，可靠性高等特點。鐘罩閥原理很簡單，上部是一筒狀或者錐形鐘罩，鐘罩與上部運(yùn)動桿相連，下部為進(jìn)氣口，密封時鐘罩著落將下部進(jìn)氣口密封，反之向上則閥門開啟，出口設(shè)置在側(cè)面。

工作原理

A：環(huán)鏈葫蘆型chain hoist

鐘罩閥主要由閥座、鐘罩、閥體、閥蓋、提升吊桿、提升架及吊桿潤滑密封系統(tǒng)、環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆和爬梯系統(tǒng)組成。鐘罩與閥座為鑄鋼件，控制鐘罩與閥座的相對位置關(guān)系就能達(dá)到控制流體流量的目的。工作時，閥座是安裝在管道上不動的。鐘罩經(jīng)吊桿，穿過潤滑密封系統(tǒng)與環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆的吊鉤連接成一體。當(dāng)環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆得到動作信號，開啟鐘罩閥時，環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆拉起吊鉤，吊桿垂直上升，從而將鐘罩提升，這樣就使鐘罩與閥座產(chǎn)生了距離，鐘罩閥兩端的管路就連通了，實現(xiàn)煙氣的排放。反之，環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆吊鉤下降，鐘罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩端的煙氣截斷了。

B：卷揚(yáng)機(jī)型Windlass：

當(dāng)卷揚(yáng)機(jī)得到動作信號，開啟鐘罩閥時，卷揚(yáng)機(jī)拉緊鋼絲繩，吊桿垂直上升，從而將鐘罩提升，這樣就使鐘罩與閥座產(chǎn)生了距離，鐘罩閥兩端的管路就連通了，實現(xiàn)煙氣的排放。反之，卷揚(yáng)機(jī)松開鋼絲繩，鐘罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩端的煙氣截斷了。
